Course Description: As we approach the holiday season, we know how important spending time with family is, & what better way to do it than gathered around the table with a home cooked meal. Please join us from the comfort of your kitchen for a virtual cooking class. We will be making an entrée & dessert. Full menu, & grocery list will be sent out before event.
Meet Our Chef
OFS Corporate Chef, Chef Aimee
Chef Aimee grew up in Huntingburg, IN. She earned her degree in Fine Art at the University of Southern Indiana & worked as a field archaeologist before attending Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR. She cooked at locations in the Pacific Northwest; Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Rome, Italy: & New Orleans, Louisiana, before making her way back to the Evansville area in Indiana where she has been the corporate chef for OFS since 2013. Chef Aimee’s passion for culinary arts, her dedication to sourcing locally, and her commitment to OFS’ values make every meal an experience, reinforcing the hospitality that defines the OFS community. Through her food, she cultivates not only flavors but also the warmth and care that shape OFS as a true place of connection.
